- Enhance Plan model with 25+ new methods:
* Feature checking: hasFeature(), canUseFeature(), getRemainingUsage()
* Permission system: hasPermission() with trial support
* Payment providers: getAllowedProviders(), supportsProvider()
* Trial management: hasTrial(), getTrialConfig()
* Upgrade paths: isUpgradeFrom(), getUpgradePath()
